Not only that , it takes time for any new entrant to get a taste of players thick/thin - a season beginning is a wrong choice to change coaches who proved when state had no mention at India level -especially U-19 Boys, U-19 girls , U-23 Men !

To change age group coaching setup is itself a bad move when they had produced results and won titles unless the coaches opted out themselves.
Only thing needed was a strong and shrewd coach for senior side knowing the demands of modern day white ball cricket.

This is a welcome change. And political parties aspirating for next elections should stick to it as the majority of your voters prefer that.
