@uttam_bal @basu_bratya The entire area gets submerged even if a small spell of rain, ditches all over the road ,passing vehicles , cycle ,rickshaw , auto ,toto seems dwindling, open wires ,cables looms over . Is this what we deserve as habitants and law abiding citizen of India !

@uttam_bal @basu_bratya No end of suffering so far and seems this will keep continuing every occasion if rains . There is no permanent solutions ever thought of by anyone in authority . Life loss in accidents due water logged street, electrocution from overhead or torn off cables and wires become normal
