Where is our traffic control near Tiljala Road/New Park St Road? It's taking almost 3 hours to to Behala from Airport whereas I reached CCU from Delhi within 2 hours. Shame on @KPTrafficDept please look into this @paulagnimitra1 @SuvenduWB @KolkataPolice
