For credit card bill amount 1168.82 which I missed to pay they charged me penalty 588.82 when I called the customer care they told me it is late fee. I wondering how late fee can be more than 50% of the principal amount. Scam?

@SwiggyCares Hey the issue for me got resolved now after talking to multiple customer care agents now. But please teach your customer care agents atleast to not put any cancellation charges in such cases. And fix the bug in the app
