#NEETUGpaperleak,#CBSEscam,#CUETUG ,There is not a single examination which the NTA able to conduct without controversy ,disturbance. This is not just failure of examination management ,but playing with the dreams of students and youth of our country.#EducationMinisterMustResign
The future of our children is becoming a casualty of Modi Government’s incompetence and corruption.
From the NEET paper leak scandal and cancellation of examinations, to the repeated failures affecting CBSE exams and now the CUET, not a single major examination is being conducted properly. More than one crore students and their families have been subjected to uncertainty, anxiety and immense mental stress because of the government’s incompetence and negligence.
The Modi government boasts of Digital India but when it comes to safeguarding the future of students, it has failed miserably. Paper leaks, server crashes, delays, irregularities and mismanagement have become the new normal. This is not merely administrative failure, it is betrayal with an entire generation.
NTA must be scrapped and a decentralised, robust and transparent system should replace it. The Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has repeatedly failed in his responsibility to ensure a fair, secure and reliable examination system. Having proven utterly incompetent, he should resign immediately. Instead, he continues to enjoy the protection of the Prime Minister while students and parents pay the price for these failures. The continued chaos is shameful and unacceptable.
As part of the nationwide protest call, AISF organised protests in various districts of Odisha against the VBSA Bill and the anti-education budget. AISF General Secretary Comrade Dinesh Sreerangaraj was present in a protest rally held in Bhubaneswar

We draw strength from progressive ideas, no matter where they come from. When forces of domination attempt to prevail, we resist them. This is the essence of our #DravidianModel.

No bail to Umar Khalid — detained for over 5 years under the draconian UAPA, with the trial yet to even begin. Pre-trial jail is not a punishment !!
The principle that “bail is the rule, jail the exception” clearly doesn’t apply when it comes to certain individuals.
Meanwhile, convicted rapist and murderer Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh (sentenced in 2017) has just been granted yet another 40-day parole — his 15th temporary release from prison since conviction.
One languishes indefinitely without trial.
The other enjoys repeated “jail vacations” on demand.
More than five years in jail without a trial is not justice. It is punishment without adjudication. The denial of bail to Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam exposes a disturbing double standard in our criminal justice system.
Convicted offenders in cases of rape, murder and mass violence routinely obtain bail or parole, while undertrials accused on the basis of untested allegations are kept behind bars indefinitely. Under laws like UAPA, jail has become the norm and liberty the exception.
We have seen this before. Prof. G N Saibaba was incarcerated for years under the same draconian provisions, only to be acquitted later, after a meaningful part of his life was stolen for no crime. If this is to be the fate of these young activists as well, it raises grave questions about intent, accountability and the credibility of the judiciary in dispensing justice.
When courts rely on “prima facie” narratives to justify endless incarceration and abandon the constitutional principle that bail is the rule and jail the exception, personal liberty is hollowed out. Dissent is criminalised, while perpetrators of real crimes walk free.
This is not the rule of law. This is punishment by process. And history will judge harshly those who allowed liberty to be sacrificed at the altar of convenience and power.
It is totally shocking, unfair & unjust for the SC to deny bail to Umar Khalid and Sharjil Imam. They have not been accused of violence themselves, but of Conspiracy. There are multiple videos of their speeches, where they speak against violence.
They have spent 5 years in Jail w/o trial. Yet the SC denies bail on the basis of police statements of ‘protected witnesses’, whose identities have been concealed.
Shameful, & makes a mockery of the right to life & liberty
I was briefed this morning on the U.S. military capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, as well as their planned imprisonment in federal custody here in New York City.
Unilaterally attacking a sovereign nation is an act of war and a violation of federal and international law.
This blatant pursuit of regime change doesn’t just affect those abroad, it directly impacts New Yorkers, including tens of thousands of Venezuelans who call this city home. My focus is their safety and the safety of every New Yorker, and my administration will continue to monitor the situation and issue relevant guidance.
CPIM PB ; The Supreme Court’s denial of bail to #UmarKhalid and #SharjeelImam, who have spent over five years in jail under the draconian #UAPA without trial or conviction, is against the principles of natural justice. Prolonged pre-trial incarceration violates the fundamental principle that bail is the rule, not jail, and undermines the constitutional right to liberty and a speedy trial. The continued use of UAPA to target dissenting voices reflects a disturbing pattern of repression and selective justice. We reiterate our demand for the release of all political prisoners.

@sfi_uk@SFI_CEC Dear SFI ,12th August is the foundation day of AISF . Why are you trying to erase history?why Are you behave like BJP ?Then what's the difference between u & BJP ?
A girl student of FM College in Odisha had to set herself on fire after months of sexual harassment. She cried for help. Reached out to BJP MPs, MLAs, Union Ministers and the CM. No one heard her. No one took any action.
This is not a failure. This is institutional torture and murder under BJP rule. They are complicit from top to bottom. Entire Odisha will come out on streets on 17th July demanding justice and exposing the reality of Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao!
