@dano_cosmic Disney isn't against AI they just haven't laid down the groundwork for it's usage because they are looking to battle with the tech companies in court,if Disney wants to send the message they are against AI usage of their IP it won't be through the marvel twitter page or cebulski

@dano_cosmic Jim Lee has more reign over DC comics structurally, disney corporate structure means the Disney publishing worldwide side of the company needs to give the go on that type of messaging for cebulski and co to use the marvel brand which means they can only denounce it as individuals

@dano_cosmic Marvel comics has no authority to comment on stuff like this without approval from DPW higher ups, but as an individual cebulski could comment on the usage and denounce it freely though that's his right and basically what many other Disney creative execs have been doing.
