Payout or total system failure — no hype
Haven't posted here on X in a while. I've been busy developing Bricks, and a major milestone just happened in my prop firm journey.
A quick update on where I am right now:
* Withdrew my first payout from Lucid for around $550.
* First payout of my life. It's a great feeling knowing the concept is proven and the process works.
* Currently on day 3 of 5 to secure my second payout. Just 2 days left, $150 a day.
Lots of lessons learned. I’ll write them down here later for the record, and for anyone just starting out like me.

Loyal Claude user since launch. Account suddenly revoked after I moved to a new flat (new internet/IP).
Already appealed and offered house contract + internet proof.
@AnthropicAI@jackclarkSF@ClaudeDevs please review
@SubjectZeroX Early on, most traders kill progress by increasing size too quickly or trying to “level up” before their process is stable. The goal isn’t to trade more it’s to trade the same way, over and over, with calm execution.
Focus on:
•One market
•One setup
•One risk model
@callumparker_97 Inspiring. I just secured my first payout last Thursday.
What advice do you have for beginners like me trying to reach this level of high performance?
Great work.
@lsptvofficial @_not_a_fish Same here. I'm running 1 Lucid Flex account.
Secured the first payout and on track for the second.
Thinking about picking up 2 more accounts because of the 50% discount they're running.
@rebeccaatrades Inspiring. I just secured my first payout last Thursday.
What advice do you have for beginners like me trying to reach this level of high performance?
Great work.
PRO MODE // DAY 1
Result: +$170.00
Trading a funded account feels different. The pressure is real.
My hands wanted to close the winners early.
My brain wanted to hold the loser long.
I fought both impulses.
System execution > Emotions.
Day 1 survived. On to Day 2.
I manually typed every execution into the Wall. 47 trades. No auto-import. No hiding from the data.
Final stats on the Lucid evaluation:
Status: Funded
Trap Model: 37.5% win rate over 16 trades [+12.2R].
Trend Model: 35.5% win rate over 31 trades [+20.2R].
36% accuracy shouldn't feel this stable, but when the risk is fixed and the friction is high, the math takes care of itself.
The evaluation is just the foundation. The real construction starts now with the funded account.
The Wall doesn't lie.
I build @BricksTerminal
DAY 13.
Status: GREEN (+$765).
The last two days, I relapsed.
Old mistakes. Moving stops.
Before the open today, I sat in silence.
The conclusion is simple:
There is no shortcut. The system is the only way out.
I fall. I learn.
I will keep showing up until it clicks.
I build. 🧱
DAY 12 (REFLECTION)
Status: RED (-$282)
Yesterday, I broke.
I moved my Stop Loss to -$550 just to avoid being "wrong."
I stared at a losing trade for 5 hours, paralyzed by hope.
It’s not the money I lost. It’s the trust in myself.
Enough thinking. 🧱
DAY 11
Status: +$550 (GREEN)
Truth: PURE LUCK.
I committed the cardinal sin: I moved my stop loss.
I was down -$417, fighting the trend.
Then the market crashed & bailed me out.
I didn't earn this. I stole it from a burning building.
Alive. 🧱
UPDATE:
I saw one last A+ setup. I couldn't resist.
I risked $67 (drawdown) to make +$450.
Day 10 Final:
Status: ATH 🚀
Total: +$727.50
Trades: 3/3 (@deepcharts_ Hard Lock Reached).
NOW I am actually done.
🧱
DAY 10
Status: GREEN
Result: +$277.50
Yesterday I fought the Open & lost.
Today I waited 30 mins for the dust to settle.
09:30: Observed.
10:11: Struck.
Doing less work = Making more money.
I wanted "one last shot." Instead, I quit while ahead.
Alive. 🧱
