Never thought I’d be that guy who wore a vest, compression socks or a hat but needs must to keep niggles away. Chipping away. Special mention to my Renegades pal Mitchell Bunn, orange in photo, who came 3rd. I was 9 places behind him but he’s light years ahead of us. What a guy.

Still buzzing from yesterday’s @Sublimeracinguk Peterborough Midsummer 10k. Tough course but amazing event that was superbly organised & marshalled. New PB of 36:39 in the bag but Elliott, left, proudly wearing my medal & having it beside his bed means more than that ever will ❤️
