@narendramodi We must Question the governing body, the administration body as to why a certain process was adopted and what safeguard were there to nullify the corruption, which is sadly the most definite part of Indian population. There are senior level corrupt officers involved definitely.

@narendramodi When the minister is merely taking care of a department by virtue of general awareness, why should he be penalized ?He is just not the right guy.
The responsibility actually lies with the implementation body which designed the process and sent out tenders etc.
