Wherever Metro stations are being constructed, the adjacent service roads seem to be completely overlooked and remain untouched. This is very disappointing, as the poor condition and narrow roads are significantly slowing down vehicle movement and creating unnecessary traffic.

@Ranjan_342 @kumarpolitician Due to the ongoing Metro work, the roads have been significantly narrowed, and multiple U-turns on these already narrow roads are causing severe traffic congestion during peak hours. Wherever Metro stations are being constructed, the adjacent service roads are not touched.

Extremely disappointing that even after the sewage work has been completed a month ago, there appears to be no clear plan or action to restore the damaged road.

Story of a senior citizen couple in Chennai. They have received a huuuuge bill amounting to ₹38000. I have attached their previous bills for reference. They haven't paid beyond 3800 so far.

The man is inconsolable. He is talking about running away as he cannot request his children for help. Tomorrow is the due date.

Even if a passenger reaches the exit within the 10-minute free period, a 2-minute queue at the toll gate can push them beyond the limit and force them to pay.
Passengers should not be penalised for delays caused by the toll/exit system. The free-time calculation should exclude time spent waiting in the exit queue.
