The workflow:

• Research the pages ranking for one target query.
• Give AI that source material.
• For a brand, add a 30-minute founder interview transcript with its positioning and point of view.
• Write and publish the LinkedIn article.
• Submit the URL for indexing, then check Google.

The founder-context step is the one I’d keep. Give the model something specific from the business, then review the draft.

Keep his warning, too: do not use this indexing approach on your core website.
