I can no longer understand what is happening in the church and what is the right thing to do as a catholic. I don't want to be disobedient but also our bishops and the vatikan is preaching heresy. It tears me apart.

@_Felicitas12 Danke für die Worte Felicitas. Es ist nicht leicht, da ich der einzige aktive Gläubige in der Familie bin und meine Freunde auch nur die Norvus Ordo Gemeinde besuchen. Man ist Anfeindungen ausgesetzt, man sagt mir ich verliere mein Seelenheil und sei ein Schismatiker

@KarlHammer732 Bei mir sind es 1.5 Stunden im Vergleich zu 5-10 Minuten. Sonntag ist das sicher möglich, aber an anderen Tagen nicht machbar.

@KarlHammer732 Die meisten haben keinen Zugang zu FSSP Orten. Man befiehlt ihnen also nicht mehr die katholische Wahrheit und die Sakramente auf eine würdige Art empfangen zu dürfen. Der Glauben hungert so sehr nach dieser Wahrheit, dass die meisten trotzdem hingehen werden.

@KarlHammer732 Nicht so einfach wie sie sich das vorstellen. Für viele Leute bedeutet das seinen Beichtvater, seine Freunde, seine Gemeinde, die lateinische Messe, die katholische Wahrheit aufzugeben und gegen eine deutsche NO Gemeinde auszutauschen in denen offen Häresien verkündet werden.

@la_legitimite I can understand the excommunication of the bishops, but not the laity. Even at schism 1054 and reformation laity were not effected. In the worst case, they risk the salvation of hundred thousands of good catholics. This is cruel.

@la_legitimite I know many people who don't even support the consecrations, but it's the only latin mass near by and the only place where they don't preach against the catholic truth. They can't leave, their faith would starve because they will have no access to sacraments and truth anymore.

@la_legitimite It's absolute cruelity to the laity, who just go to the society for spiritual reason and want to live the catholic truth. They lost all their meaning and joy in life from one day to another. It's probably a politcal decision to prevent the steady growth of the society threw fear

@b0n1f4c3 My heart and soul is broken. They want to take away my priest and confessor, my community, my latin mass, my catholic tradition , everything I live for and replace it with a german synodal novus ordo mass. I'm just a laity that want to live the catholic truth, nothing more

@joaosilveiraaa I think the threat of excommunication of laypeople is hard-hearted. They ask me to leave the daily latin mass, my community, my priest and confessor, the catholic tradition, my whole joy in life and replace it with a german novus ordus protestant mass. My heart is broken.
