@NYCTSubway On the weekdays it is not that much of an issue because you have both M&R trains, so the wait is usually a few mins, but on the weekends it becomes at least 12. Today it was 15 for the next R. To top it off even if the train is moving ahead of time it is not reflected on the app!
@NYCTSubway Stop sending s/b R trains from Forest Hills early. At this point I'm used to it, but today you outperformed yourselves. I was at 63rd Dr station 3 mins earlier (1:06) than the train was supposed to arrive there (1:09). I didn't even see the train, just people exiting the station.
@NYCTSubway@LIRR There are clearly delays on the uptown 6 train, but of course, no announcements and no alerts in the app... now it's running express. Great job as always!!!
@maybeLeek@paisnano@ImMeme0 He won't make either free - it's all empty promises... So that naive people would vote for free stuff/candidates like him... (I will never say never, but I am 99.9% sure that's how it will play out...)
@NYCTSubway And the problem is clearly the readers themselves because some work, others don't, and people have the same issue using different methods of tapping (phones, OMNY cards, etc.) I hope it doesn't grow into a bigger problem, but I wouldn't be surprised if you don't even read this...
@NYCTSubway Your OMNY readers don't work properly at many locations. Just today at Lex & 63rd it kept saying "tap again" on both turnstiles you have there, so after wasting time with the booth person, I had to try it on the other side (where elevator is) & it worked fine. Missed my train...
@NYCTSubway Nice delays in Queens. No announcements to take express. Soon going to be an hour that I spent on a local train that should take 5 minutes to go a few local stops. Had I taken express would've been home 30 mins ago. It's one thing accidents, but you don't even care to warn people
@phineascharles2@NYCTSubway Thank you for the explanation. Yes, it's not the first time I see that. I was guessing it was a glitch. The problem is some people relying on the app might be waiting for a train that is not there. So it has to be fixed. (After all sometimes E&F trains might be running local.)
@NYCTSubway Why is s/b R train #9519 is stuck at Elmhurst? Before we were stuck at Grand Ave... No announcements, no alerts on your app... What is the delay? Looks like a congestion of trains ahead but no alert as to what is going on... Should we transfer to express?..
