Teachers make daily sacrifices to ensure that our children are well read and can stand out on the international stage.
Waking up every day to impart students/pupils with knowledge and skills needed to do life isn't an easy task at all. Kudos to every teacher out there 👏
Been seeing a lot of designers creating stuff with the new Google Stitch…
It’s cool, not gonna lie.
But I still enjoy sitting down and actually designing things myself in Figma, moving stuff around, fixing tiny details…
That part is still my favorite cos that where I can show my creativity
@AsaadMahmood5@UIbyBiba It’s very nice, I love how smooth the interactions are but I don’t expect it to load like this all the time
I want to believe this is just for product display
Truly showing up terrified but doing it anyway is the way to growth.
4 years ago, imposter syndrome wanted to finish me. I kept hiding behind other designers at work.
Any small task, I’d take. Anything heavy, I’d leave it for them. Then I got moved to a separate team.
No one to lean on. No one to copy. Suddenly, I had to design my own features. Had to think like a designer. and also present my own work.
At first, I was scared, but after the first 2 features, I realized I was more than equal to the task
i regret to inform you that personal growth rarely comes from acquiring new knowledge and almost always from:
- getting humiliated
- showing up terrified and doing it anyway
- admitting you might be the problem
