@Instacart update the app, so that orders can be cancelled while shopping since customer care is not available for several hours. My instacart card wasnt working at checkout, support was not available for hours and I couldn't complete the orders nor cancel them. It's a bad look.

@Instacart hire more customer care agents NOW. I enjoy shopping and getting paid but, there's virtually no human support when needed. Many people are out of a job& are available to be customer service agents even from home.

@apoorva_mehta as an shopper for your company, I am requesting you hire more customer care agents, they can even work from home. Not being able to reach customer care for hours is detrimental to this company and costing you money and reputation. 2-5 hours waiting for help=no good
