खुद को बड़ा लीडर मानने वाला 'कॉकरोच लीडर' सचमुच घुटनों के बल बैठ गया और रहम की भीख मांगने लगा...

तरुणांच्या आंदोलनाचा विजय झाला. धर्मेंद्र प्रधानांना राजीनामा द्यायला तरुणांनी भाग पाडलं. आम्ही कोणाचं ऐकणार नाही, कोणाशी बोलणार नाही, आम्हाला कोणी सांगायचं नाही असा या सरकारचा जो माज होता तो या आंदोलकानी उतरवला. यासाठी या देशातील तमाम तरुण-तरुणीचं आणि त्यांच्या पालकांचं मनापासून अभिनंदन. हे अभिनंदन करण्यासाठी आज मी आणि शिवसेना पक्षप्रमुख श्री. उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी संयुक्त पत्रकार परिषद घेतली. उद्या २६ जुलै २०२६ ला जो तिरंगा मार्च होणार होता त्याचं रूपांतर विजयोत्सव सोहळ्यात होत आहे. उद्या ठरलेल्या वेळेतच सकाळी १० वाजता छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज मैदानावर आपण सगळे ठरलं तसं जमणार आहोत. देशभरातील तरुण-तरुणींनी केलेल्या संघर्षाचं कौतुक आणि अभिनंदन करणार आहोत. तेंव्हा आपलं ठरलं आहे तसं भेटूया. पत्रकार परिषदेत बाकी जे काही बोललो त्याची चित्रफीत सोबत जोडली आहे.

I have a question: if teachers face disciplinary action for hitting students in school, why is no action taken against the police officers in Delhi who beat students, or against those who issued such orders?

During the ongoing student protests in Delhi, the police have been indiscriminately using lathi-charges against the students. While a mild lathi-charge to disperse a crowd might be understandable in some contexts, the force used here appears to be an act of vendetta. The videos surfacing show not only protesting students but also bystanders being ruthlessly trampled upon. Such actions by the police could not possibly occur without specific orders from above.

What triggered the protest in the first place? It stemmed from the chaos surrounding the NEET exam, which adversely affected lakhs of students; out of anger, these students took to the streets, joined by others in solidarity. In short, the students initiated and sustained this movement. So, what was the justification for assaulting them? And who authorized the police to do so? Just as teachers are not permitted to hit students, neither are the police. Yet, why did this happen?

In the past, teachers frequently used to hit students (I, too, have often received such ‘punishment’), a practice that was eventually restricted because, no one has the right to inflict corporal punishment on students aside from the judiciary. Why shouldn't the same standard apply to the police? I have often said, and I say again today, that whether it is the Maharashtra police or any other force, officers often have no choice but to carry out the actions they are ordered to perform; therefore, they cannot be held solely responsible. But who gave the authority to the system that issues orders for such ruthless beatings? Do they consider themselves above the Constitution?

There are certain key United Nations principles, also adhered to by Amnesty International, dictating that whenever the use of force becomes necessary, the action taken must be constitutional, essential, and proportionate, and must entail accountability.

Today, in countries like Norway, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and New Zealand, any use of police force is subject to rigorous inquiry. An inquiry that focuses heavily on those who issued the orders. We need to see this happen here as well.

The question remains: who will ensure this happens? On one hand, the Chief Justice of the country dismissively refers to these young people as "cockroaches," while on the other, the Supreme Court itself states it has no time to view videos of the beatings. It is baffling. What do they have time for then? Young men and women are forced to take to the streets because they no longer have any expectations left from the current government. Civil society must reflect on this issue. It needs to be debated. Members of Parliament must insist on a discussion regarding this matter in the House.

The issue is not whether the State possesses the authority to use force against its citizens; almost every State holds that power. The real question is whether a constitutional democracy demonstrates the capacity to exercise restraint in the use of its authority. A democracy’s maturity is not measured by how harshly dissent is suppressed, but rather by how it handles dissenting voices, with restraint and due consideration for the consequences.

Now the political masters behind Cockroaches are left with no justifiable reason to go ahead with planned vi0£ence.

AND IF THEY STILL DO.... THE MASSIVE STATE ACTION THAT WILL FOLLOW WILL GET TREMENDOUS PUBLIC SUPPORT WITH NO SYMPATHY FOR COCKROACHES THIS TIME.

Sometimes it makes sense to take a step back in larger interest & Modi Sarkar has done it AGAIN.

BJP supporters must be very angry right now but let me remind them about Alleged Farmers Protests when Modi Ji had rolled back Farm Laws.

Let's go back to that.

Same script was planned that time too. IB reports had indicated that time too, on alleged plan of ki££ing some protesting farmers blaming it on Modi Sarkar. Weapons were already stored in some religious places & reportedly, plan was to conduct Genocide in Punjab. Khalist@ni elements were involved & actively participating in the whole sinister plan.

That time too, PM .@narendramodi Ji had taken a step back & rolled back Farm Laws. Remember his words that time?— "Kisanon ke hiit mei Farm Laws laya tha, DESH KE HIIT mei vapas le raha hu"

But don't forget what happened later. All Khalist@ni faces involved were exposed & massive crackdown followed on those Anti-national elements decimating revival of Khalist@ni Movement.

So let's stay calm & Modi-Shah Ji unleash next course of action. Right now also all details behind funding to these Political Cockroaches are gathered by intelligence agencies, people behind them are identified & crackdown will happen. And will happen to such an extent that no-one will ever dare to hold Nation at ransom again.

As I write this.... Abhijeet Dipke has said that protests will not stop. Okay. Don't stop. Modi Sarkar has already scored brownie point among Real Students & their parents. Govt very well knows how to take advantage of Public Emotions & WILL DO WHAT IT MUST IN THIS SITUATION "NOW".

No-one will now feel anguished even if someone 'self immolates' now as ALL Demands are already fulfilled.

IT'S TIME NOW FOR MODI SARKAR TO ACT & NOT TO REACT.

Better we control our emotions and let the best brains & best forces do their job. Bharat has not bowed down to any Fringe Elements supported by Foreign Forces & Will never bow down in future too.
