@curtisatlaw I am Young vTrump Plaintiff. Thank you so much Judge Chen for your order. My husband got Visa approved but there are other Plaintiffs who are in the same case with DQ but they haven't heard anything from NVC nor embassies. They are denied for case transfer to other embassies too

@Transition46 Remove PP 10014 April 22, 2020 Executive order by Trump which is extended through December 31, 2020. Spouses & children of LPR are banned. Their immigrant visa process has stopped in US embassies due to PP10014 Executive order. Injustice to spouses&children of LPR🙏
