My phone's motherboard got damaged after the update on 5th Oct. The phone is 1.5 years old. My request to Moto comp is to find a solution for me. How can a phone get damaged after updating it? - phone video, mobile paper, phone update screen shot

Matter has not been resolved, I request that this issue be escalated to senior authorities of Zomato partner support team for review. I also request reconsideration and refund for the excessive deductions charged in my account.
I look forward to a fair and transparent solution

The actual deductions being charged are far beyond what was communicated to me at the time of approval of campaign, and deducted around 65% total commission

If I was told about the complete deduction structure earlier ,I will never agreed to proceed with the campaign.

But now in my weekly payout, Zomato has deducted nearly 65%commission &charge
