@SpiritAirSucks Flight delayed by 10hrs at midnight. We were given a “hotel voucher” after “our reservation had been made”. Went to hotel and no reservation had been made, didn’t accept vouchers as forms of payment. We got scammed by @SpiritAirlines staff to pay for our own hotel
