@NJ_Timothy No it is not unacceptable for a news person to be excited or indeed ‘gleeful’ about the news. What is unacceptable is for somebody to clearly take an out of context segment, put on their own inaccurate spin, in another anti BBC comment because it doesn’t report the news you want.

Just as I thought the total incompetence of @DHLParcelUK@dhlexpressuk could not get any worse they have failed to deliver today the parcel that was hurriedly despatched by the supplier after DHL lost it the first time !!!! Sorry @unitedprint_int but DHL have lost you a customer
@DHLParcelUK@DHLexpress So I finally managed to get through to somebody last night who was able to rearrange delivery for this morning before 12:30 but guess what - it never happened utter disgrace.
@Marcus4Nuneaton Thank you - half term is the perfect opportunity to do this as it has to be done outside of school hours - to miss this window puts the recovery back.
