@Arattai, Arattai has a scroll lag issue in group Info. In groups with many members, scrolling through the member list stutters badly. With fewer members, it's fine.

@Arattai That circular loading animation when you open a chat needs to go. Because of it, chats don't open instantly and it never feels smooth. Please rework that circular spinner and make chat opening instant and buttery smooth.

The Arattai-for-Business app is live. This app allows businesses to communicate with customers.

Along with it, we are also launching the Arattai Business Platform to integrate your business software and automation systems with Arattai. The Arattai Business Platform is free for government and public services like Railways. We are working on those integrations right now.

In addition, for healthcare and educational institutions, we give a free allowance of 1 milllion messages per month.

@Arattai Bug report: Group description saves successfully, but after some time it disappears — the group info page shows "Add group description" again. Reopening the app and re-editing gives the same result. Please look into it.

If your phone’s mobile data or Wi-Fi is turned off, and you open Arattai and then turn the internet on, Arattai is unable to sync new messages.

However, if the internet is already turned on when you open Arattai, the new messages sync correctly.

The OTP is being received inside the Arattai app instead of my phone’s regular SMS inbox. Even though the screen says “Code sent via SMS,” no OTP is arriving in my normal SMS app.
Please look into this issue and fix it. 🙏

But we don't have the budget to do large-scale promotion and publicity. The government can do this in a better way.
