@redBus_in @rblbank guys I am going back and forth for a failed transaction and amount debited from account, both atr blaming eachother stating money is with opposite party. @RBI @Cyberdost I am not able to reach to redbus customer support too they have removed the option for me

@redBus_in redbus is not providing refund for multiple payment debit in a transaction , stating money is with @rblbank , but bank says amount credited to merchant. Also @redBus_in has blocked me reaching out to customer care. @RBI what should be done to resolve this?

@RBI please check @SBICard_Connect cashback credit Card issuance ratio they are simply getting all details and rejecting cards. Thier staff told they won't give cashback credit card for South Indian people.

Revise the terms and conditions add mention " not applicable for southern regions"
