I am in Edison and these things always mix and change to sleet.
Your 10+ is fine. I’d say 8 to 12.
Your 6 to 10 is bullish, but I’m rooting for it.

@MikeMasco The temperatures are actually favorable for a 12 or 13 to one ratio- however, the upper atmosphere, especially in central New Jersey, where I am and it always tends to mix. It’s probably going to sleet .
