If so, I'd say that's what I'm saying. Think outside of the box. How far is dependent on you. Want to stay close to SE? Then yes spend some time discovering these 10 new problems arriving each time and build solutions to them. You're diversifying from the old school websites and normal SE.

Want to go even further? Then seek the external influence and find the ways you can take advantage of this age and use it to fix the problems elsewhere.

Research your target audience as much as you can. Create multiple agents that research your target audience as well, aggregate all the data.

Identify where your target audience hang out online and target those channels.

I've seen advertising via influences have a much greater return than normal ads. Have people advertise your product for you.
