US Soccer is not ready for primetime. I dont wanna be mean but this team is embarrassing. We’re never gonna actually be good at this sport as long as out D tier athletes play it. What a clown show

FIFA has DENIED Belgium's appeal against Folarin Balogun's return and will remain eligible to play for USMNT Monday night, per @JacobsBen
The request was deemed 'inadmissible' and the ruling will proceed as is.
I do not have a problem with the NBA bringing the G League’s one free throw rule to the regular season. It does genuinely help with pace of play from watching G League games. But in the playoffs I think you gotta make these guys shoot them all out.
Leo Carlsson is going to be making DOUBLE or MORE THAN DOUBLE than many stars in the league
Can't overstate this: The Flyers have completely derailed the Anaheim Ducks for the next 10 years
This is the most gangster thing I've ever seen in sports. Either way the Ducks lose
Sources: President Trump, commerce secretary Howard Lutnick, and White House task force head Andrew Giuliani put together a team of elite lawyers — from outside the government — to challenge the Flo Balogun red card. Specifically they challenged the use of slow motion instant replay to give the red card, which they argued violated FIFA rules. The president also conveyed to Gianni Infantino, FIFA’s president, that the appeal had been filed and he believed the red card penalty was excessive. FIFA’s independent committee reviewed the decision and agreed the penalty was incorrectly given, rescinding it under their rule 27 authority.
The Pistons situation with Jalen Duren is why i think the current CBA needs an adjustment to restricted free agency. Detroit can offer Duren five-years $287 million, while everyone else can only offer four-years $177 million. The Pistons have no urgency to force any offer over $177 million if their intention is always to match, so regardless they’re going to save themselves $110 million in the process. I am in favor of rewarding teams for development and keeping players in markets, but the gap is too big. Equally, why shouldn’t teams be eligible to pay an extra $110 million for a player’s services if they see fit. We are indirectly hurting a player who has done nothing but have an All-NBA season to put himself in this position. I think it makes sense to add certain provisions in restricted free agency when the time comes.
