But even if this was real, and is wrong, then why is there a guy walking with underwear, oh is that ok by culture. Culture should apply for all genders!!
I took an early morning bus to Mysuru, from Bengaluru. ₹210 fare. Comfortable KSRTC bus and a world class highway for fast travel.
But I got a few thoughts.
1) Nearly 30 of the 50 passengers were women. Just show Aadhar and travel free. Is this fair? Is it equality?
2) 20 men are paying for the entire bus. Is that fair?
3) Saw an old man struggling to find notes to pay, while a well off young woman on video call next to him, travels free. Is that fair?
4) If the state is having so much surplus income, why not make it free for these 20 men also? Universal free bus service like airport shuttle service.
5) All over the world, subsidy and welfare is given to those who can't afford. Here, we have women from two rich cities like Bengaluru and Mysuru, traveling free just because it is available. Is it sustainable?
6) Couldn't the same freebie money be used for garbage clearance, pothole fixing in cities, providing water to farmers?
Many more thoughts. But realized that we have entered the vicious cycle of freebies for votes. Tough to get out of it in the near future.
Never marry an unemployed Indian girl with big dreams. She will make your life a living hell.
Most are unemployed, and some earn 20-25k. And they want the lifestyle of a millionaire. And they want their husbands to provide that.
India is an extremely poor country. House is the only asset for many who own assets. And majority of the population don't own any assets, even a house. Even this single asset getting adversely affected was what got me triggered last week. Nothing personal. I'm better of by God's grace and I'm 100% tax complaint.
Do you know that I pay 39% income tax? Do you know that I pay 18% GST on my distribution income without any input credit worth mentioning? So, roughly on the whole, I pay 57% of my income as tax ( little simplified for ease of explaining). For every Rs.100 I earn as income, Rs.57 goes as tax. Only Rs.43 is in my hand. Have I ever bothered to discuss or complain this? No because it is a rich man's problem.
Whereas removing indexation benefits on home sale is a common man's problem.
Hope this explains why I got so angry last week.
