@CarltonHotels at your Cardiff Lane #Dublin hotel staff are conducting an #employeereview of one of your staff in the bar of the actual hotel, amongst hotel patrons! Not an informal telling-off, an actual meeting. Surely they should do this back of house or offsite? The poor guy!

@lufthansa Thanks @lufthansa. We have been on a call with them for 2 hours now, and still no resolution or clarity. We have been asking to speak to a manager for 1 hour now but still haven't been put through to one!! #unacceptable#CustomerService#airlinechaos

@lufthansa I have spent 5 hours on the line to your #customerservices, 80% of it on hold, and still no resolution to you cancelling our flights without notifying us! There seem to be no flights & no team: Is the #airline going bust? @thepointsguy

The queue at rhe 'service centre' was so long, with so many people like us with small children and babies. Nothing open @Airport_FRA. Tired, hungry children lying on the floor waiting, waiting, waiting...
@tfwrail Thanks @tfwrail. But you should ensure you ventilate properly if crowded. That can be implemented w a simple procedure staff must follow on every train.
@nationalrailenq@thetrainline the route ticket you sold me hasn't connected once again - twice in less than 3 days. You must stop selling a London to Hereford route if you cannot guarantee the connection. It's false advertising @CMAgovUK
@nationalrailenq@thetrainline@CMAgovUK The train from London Paddington was delayed. And the reverse for other journey.
Also, subsequent train cancelled, so now there are 3 trains' worth of passengers waiting at Newport. Additonally not very #covidsafe. Unless you put on additional carriages #lawsuitwaitingtohappen
