Ursuline has given us all so many gifts; from life-long friends and connections to confidence, the spirit of Serviam and more.
This Tuesday, Dec. 3, is #GivingTuesday and we'll be talking about all the reasons we give back to Ursuline. What is your #UAGaveMe story?
To most people, Dennis Valstad of Ripon, Wis., who passed away a few months ago, seemed to be a man of modest means. But he'd actually amassed a small fortune. And his will contained a surprising provision. @SteveHartmanCBS reports. https://t.co/h0LtW0uLp5
😇@archstl High School Nights provide prospective students and their parents the opportunity to hear from representatives of the Catholic high schools!
We hope to see you tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. at @UrsulineSTL!
All hands in, we are celebrating our 600+ coaches who are trained and ready to bring #GOTR and Heart & Sole to their community! Register by Wed 8.28 for the season! https://t.co/0hmKfbAeU5 Thank you, @UrsulineSTL for being an outstanding host!!!
Reunion Invitations for our Annual Alumnae Spirit Day (Oct. 5) have been sent out through the mail! And how cool is it that in addition to our U.S. alumnae addresses, we had invites go out to Spain, Denmark, New Zealand, and Dubai! 🌎🐻#globalsisterhood
As we celebrate July 4 under the Arch, we look back to the days leading up to the decision to build it. Many in STL doubted the Arch would really benefit the city, including the #STLcards president, who wrote the paper in Nov. 1949. Original article ➡️ https://t.co/9hxi51F4KP
The most amazing thing about the ovations for Pujols this weekend in #StL? This quote:
“I don’t think I’m ever going to be bigger than the game,” said Pujols. “I told Wacha, ‘I know this is throwing off your routine. I’m sorry about that.’”
I chatted with Ryan O’Reilly along the parade route. We looked around at the hundreds of thousands of fans cheering and I said to him “you guys did this”. Watching him soak it all in and give a message to STL was surreal. #LGB
I saw something today at the parade that should not go unnoticed.
At one point, Robert Bortuzzo got out of his truck and went down the street shaking EVERY single police officer’s hand, thanking them for making the day possible.
So much class and respect.
