The use of @USPS as a carrier and the carrier’s refusal to deliver Amazon packages to our area is the issue.

@USPS Why are carriers in Fredericksburg TX not delivering mail and packages e.g. @amazon and @TRICARE b/c they “don’t feel like it?” Sending mail/packages back (including medications for US vets) without attempts to deliver. ??
