Good to attend this morning an information session with medical experts and charities on Peripheral Arterial Disease, which impacts on 20% of people over 60 leading to unnecessary amputations and even death. Vital government gives the issue priority in the 10 year plan roll out.

…and even sometimes medical awareness can be poor, with inconsistent diagnostic and treatment pathways across the country. We need government to give it a much higher priority& investment in early diagnosis will pay dividends for the NHS, individual patients and the 10 year plan
