Two of our officers with our Positive Action Recruitment Advisor were at #ITFC in the FanZone on Sat speaking to fans about #BlackHistoryMonth celebrating diversity in policing – many younger visitors took photos with the officers with police hats/jackets on.
Our new Black History Month banner made its first appearance at the @IpswichGov careers fair today. Good conversations were had with potential applicants & it was a great opportunity to celebrate our current ethnic minority officers & staff!
