Seriously @fly2ohare why are you tormenting travelers with @Uber and @lyft pickup? It’s quite clear you want us to use taxis instead of ride shares. It was bad enough when you consolidated all pickups to terminal 2.

@fly2ohare And now there’s this stupid requirement to actually be curbside to order the rideshare. And to make matters worse, it takes 5 min for the map to update to show that you are curbside so by the time you actually get in the ride share, you’ve burned atleast 20-25 min.

@fly2ohare Also the drivers are forced to be in a lot so often times, they are backed up and it takes longer for them to come. Do you think that after I’ve been away from home on a business trip for 5 days, that I want to spend another half hour to get home?
