Confession: My 2021 goal this year was to save enough money to buy a commercial mixer. Not just any mixer friends, a Hobart, 20 quart, planetary mixer, whew!! 😍😍 That's like the Rolls Royce of kitchen appliances y'all.

name it! But it's a new month y'all and what better month than, Women's History Month, to remember what can be accomplished if I work hard! My goal is back in front and center, and I'm staying the course. No excuses! I'm getting my Rolls Royce Mixer if it kills me!

Confession.. when something intimidates or overwhelms me, I avoid it. This cake STRESSED ME TF OUT! So I avoided it until the last minute and had to pull an all night to finish it, but I did it and I was happy with how it turned out!
