If you use a CGM device app, do you consistently enter event data for insulin, carbs, exercise, etc...? If you do, then what percent of the time: greater than 50% or less than 50%?

Good personal hygiene typically includes hand washing, brushing/flossing teeth, bathing, etc. What self care practices do you equate as personal diabetes “hygiene” acts which improve overall metabolic wellbeing? @SugarSurfing
