Bsnl bangalore customer care is so pathetic and unreliable, all services are offline, can't even connect to a CSR to block a lost mobile. after waiting for 40 minutes there is no response . @bsnl_bangalore @BsnlKtk

Now with mortgage rate into 4%, we will see existing homeowners stampede on each other to sell theirs.

In most , not all cities, you should be able to get 15-20% discounts.
