@help_delhivery Why would I contact the Seller? The item has been return by your team & the reason is they didn’t want to deliver the item but wanted me to visit the office and collect it there, this is unacceptable and I don’t need you apology. I need a resolution and explanation ASAP.

Why the package is being returned from Baramulla office? I have got an SMS on Saturday for self pick, why they didn’t attempt a delivery? I need a resolution here and reason for return else we’ll meet in a Consumer court.
