@RajendranGowry To call and talk or take history, writing tests to confirm and treat, the cost is ₹1 or maybe even free. But knowing wat history to ask that yield the diagnosis, knowing what investigations to get to confirm diagnosis and to know wat treatment to give, even ₹499 is too less.
