I feel like it should be a rule to make all investigative decisions before the podium celebrations. If penalties are given after the podium celebration, it doesn't give the "correct" driver the opportunity to celebrate it fully. (Ex. Vettel P2 in Hungary when he got DQ)

The FIA decision to make an investigation after the race is stupid. Why put a 3hr limit on a race and not make decisions within the racing time, too? Isn't that simple logic? Anyway, great race from Perez to push at the end to get +7 sec gap
