Absolutely frustrated with Google playstore, I've been in UK for a year now and still the app won't allow me to change my location @GooglePlay

1. Cleared cache
2. Updated my payment profile (see screen shot)
3. Removed my india sim card thinking maybe that's what causing the issue
4. Rebooted my phone after making all above changes
Nothing, absolutely nothing seems to work

@GooglePlay Yes I have already created my payment profile and selected UK under country/region option as represented in the left screen shot below. The screen shot on the right shows no option to download Gpay UK, it only give gpay india option
