A Difficult Announcement

Today, we have made the difficult decision to permanently shut down our AI Agent Launchpad on Sui.

This was not a decision we made lightly. We are deeply grateful to every contributor, builder, and community member who believed in our vision and supported us throughout this journey. Your trust and encouragement have meant more to us than words can express.

Shutdown Plan
🔥 $SUAI Buyback & Burn

Starting today, we are opening a 30-day $SUAI Buyback & Burn program, ending at 15:00 UTC on August 19, 2026.

During this period, we will actively buy back and burn $SUAI, with the goal of supporting an orderly exit for holders and targeting a price around $0.00015 (an FDV of approximately $150,000). All repurchased tokens will be burned, verifiable on-chain at https://t.co/TjO8LY5PnE.

Please note: while we are committed to deploying meaningful resources toward this goal, market prices are ultimately determined by open trading. This program is a good-faith effort to support our community — not a guarantee of any specific price level at any given time.

⏸️ Platform Shutdown

Effective immediately, token creation on both our AI Agent Launchpad and meme launchpad (https://t.co/MZTibg61C1) is permanently disabled. Selling existing tokens through our platform will remain available until 15:00 UTC on August 19, 2026.

After 15:00 UTC on August 19, 2026, any remaining SUI and $SUAI balances still held on the contract will be returned to their owners' wallets — no action is required from users who have not withdrawn by then.

Because the LP tokens for every liquidity pool created through our bonding curve mechanism were permanently burned by design, all existing tokens — including $SUAI — will remain freely tradable on any DEX, regardless of our platform's closure.
