SAFETY ALERT! @ZomatoCare A Rapido rider fulfilling a Zomato order in Hyderabad extorted extra money from me and refused to leave my door. Your support agent Soumya witnessed this on chat but provided no help. Is this how you handle #femalesafety? @zomato

My order was supposed to be delivered on 10th Oct, but it’s still pending! It’s an adult bed pad for my bedridden father & despite repeated complaints, I only get scripted replies. The delivery partner is not picking up my calls. This is unacceptable. @Flipkart@shadowfax_in
