I had ordered a headphone from Instamart today but cancelled it immediately with confirmation from the delivery partner. However, I’ve been informed that no refund will be issued. The item was not delivered. Pls help process my refund.

@SwiggyCares I need refund of my money. I will not leave this matter till it is not settled. I have already escalated in LinkedIn also. I have no fault why I have to suffer. Please take this seriously and resolve it.
@SwiggyCares Wireless headphone doesn’t required any packing. It’s a ready to deliver item. Partner only inform me that you can cancel it and you will get the refund. Why you will compensate your partner?
