11,35,271 units of a single mutual fund!
Everyone is criticising Parag Parikh Flexi Cap these days.
Their IT sector bets.
Their cash calls.
Their ever-increasing AUM.
And what not.
Meanwhile, after my June 2026 STPs, I now hold 11,35,271 units of the fund.
My Wife also hold additional 78,361 Units
My conviction in the fund managers and their team is as strong as Day 1.
The plan is simple:
Money parked in their arbitrage fund → STP into the flexi cap → hold for the next 8 years.
Only one condition - their thought process shouldn't change.
What's your view on PPFC? Holding or exiting?

Usually, we see CA Final results being declared around 19th–20th July. But this time, ICAI has no chill! 😄
Results are going to declared on 18th June 🙄 much earlier, and honestly, it’s a good move by ICAI.
And yes, people… the wait is almost over. Wishing all of you the very best for your results. May all your hard work pay off. ✨🩵
All the best! 🤞
Bose, a Chartered Accountant, received ₹30 crore cash from his clients to pay their taxes online.
Tax officer treated it as black money.
Told him to pay ₹10 crore tax on this amount.
But here's how ITAT saved him 🧵👇

Excel utility and Online filing for ITR-1 and ITR-4 for AY 2026-27 has been enabled
After a delay of 45 days! Ideally Income Tax Dep should extend due dates by 45 days for ITR1 & 2
Wondering why all ITR forms are not released? IT dep need to change this habit!!
RT if agree
At time of processing ITR-U, CPC is calculating Interest u/s 234B upto date of processing the ITR and not upto Date of filing the return and payment of Taxes.
What kind of new Rule is this?
@IncomeTaxIndia
Dear @nsitharaman ji
Thank You for Making Income Tax Act Simple.
Now instead of TDS section number we have to remember Table and Column Number.
I must admit that india has best Bureaucrats and Advisors.

Many small partnership firms who never had TAN or deducted TDS are now applying TAN (As They never had transaction where TDS was required) as they have to deduct TDS on Partners remuneration.
They will also file TDS return and generate TDS certificate!
20K is a very small limit. Section 194T is adding unnecessary compliance, complication and Cash flow Crunch.
Enough is enough.
A humble but very firm request to all elected leaders of our profession - please speak up now. We need your voice, now more than ever! 🙏🏻
Every day, professionals are battling broken, unstable and poorly thought-out portals across all departments. Work that should take minutes is stretching into days, sometimes weeks and months. So many professionals are literally spending day and night firefighting and raising voice for technical glitches and believe me, this is seriously draining us mentally, professionally and personally.
Now to address the elephant in the room, we often get told “Why are you speaking? Let businesses speak, it is their issue.” But how can we remain silent when this is our day-to-day professional life? When compliance failures caused by system issues fall on our heads? When our credibility and reputation as CAs suffers because systems don’t work?
Repeated tagging, representations and feedback seem to vanish into silence. New statements are issued, new portals are rolled out, but stakeholder consultation is missing. The same issues and new ones keep appearing, with no accountability and even less resolution and full-on shamelessness of @IncomeTaxIndia@Infosys_GSTN@HelpdeskMCA21V3.
Leadership of the profession must toe the party line when needed and must also stand firmly with professionals when the ground reality becomes unbearable. We don’t need photo-ops. We need representation. We need strong voices raising real issues at the right forums. 🙏🏻
Enough is enough. Please speak for us. Please stand for the professionals you represent.
Is @cbic_india Deaf & Blind ????
Since morning 3000+ Complaint was raised by various users about non-functionality of GST Portal.
Still there was no action taken by @cbic_india to resolve this issue.
Neither they extended due date nor they are able to solve the portal Glitches.
Then for what purpose @cbic_india is formed ?? Just to collect money by harassing honest taxpayers ???
After failing on GSTR-1 due date, the portal is now failing to work on GSTR-3B due date as well.
They need interest as well, not just ITC disallowance in 2B

India is a $4T economy. China is $20T.
India spends $12B on education, China spends $800B.
There's simply no comparison.
Powerful insight by Vijay Kedia ji.
She can’t "breathe" because we didn't stop talking about how a 21-year-old Muslim guy s*xually exploited 180+ minor girls, and how, in TCS Nashik, Muslim team leaders s₹xually exploited Hindu employees and forced them to convert.
She’s worse than those Jihadis...
ICAI introduces the BAA Certificate for CA students eligible for final examinations, a step towards recognizing early efforts and skills.
A big boost for students completing both groups, articleship & IT training.
Bridging the gap between qualification and employability.

Nashik TCS case: Out of 300 employees, around 40 were Muslim, and they were all separately connected to a plan targeting Hindu girls.
It was an organised jihad, not just a case of sexual exploitation...
Top to bottom, TCS should be grilled for ignoring the complaints.. and other such companies should be put on radar...
ICAI ji,
This clarification only exposes a deeper problem—students are being evaluated based on undisclosed “examiner guidelines” that are never shared publicly.
•You expect students to follow criteria they are never informed about, and then justify mark deductions in the name of format and presentation. Interestingly NONE OF AS/INDAS SPECIFIES any FORMAT. THEN WHY SUCH DEDUCTIONS?
•Let’s be clear—this reflects a serious lack of transparency and accountability in the evaluation system.
•Students prepare based on declared syllabus, RTPs, and suggested answers, not on hidden marking schemes known only to examiners.
•Calling this “step-wise marking” while allowing such deductions is misleading, as marks are effectively reduced without prior disclosure.
•This creates scope for subjective interpretation, where different examiners may apply different standards to similar answers.
•If such deductions are truly part of the system, why are they not explicitly communicated in advance to all candidates?
•Without transparency, there is no way to ensure consistency across lakhs of answer sheets.
•Before advising students to improve presentation, ICAI should ensure its own evaluation process is clear, fair, and uniformly applied.
As it stands, this approach raises serious concerns about whether answer sheets are being assessed with the objectivity and rigor students deserve.
₹19,000 crore.
That is what Banks collected in last 3 years just for not maintaining ‘Minimum Account Balance.’
Not from the rich. Not from big borrowers.
From the poorest accounts in the system.
Their crime? They didn’t have enough money.
A farmer misses the minimum balance - Penalty.
A pensioner withdraws money for medicine - Penalty.
A daily wage worker falls short by a few hundred rupees - Penalty.
The poor keep money in banks for safety. Not to be quietly fined for being poor.
Financial inclusion should protect small savings, not punish small balances.
In Parliament today I proposed ending minimum balance penalties so the banking system stops charging people for their poverty.
