But who originated notion that constitution only applies in courts/Judiciary? Courts among others only interpret.
Constitution is pervasive- bind ALL vertical/horizontal, public/private, citizen/govt, powerful/powerless...

Further the suppliers are foreign, unless they have local commitments to spent local Ksh here, they still have to exchange for USD🤷
