@ZestMoney received a refund of 77771 from Goibibo to Zest money account/app on 14 Dec, 2022. No credit to source account yet. For the transaction paid convenience charged of ₹3500. Nothing convenient about it. Heights of harrassment.

@AmazonHelp Its been again more than a month. @amazonIN offers are scam. They force you to pay through upi then never give cashback. I was supposed to get Rs10,500 cashback instead all i got is headache from Amazon

@AmazonHelp The customer support is nothing less than fraud for Amazon. Every time I call they raise a new TT something and ask to call after 3 days. This cycle has been going on for the last 3 weeks

@AmazonHelp Funny thing happened there. The customer support executive mentioned I have to wait after until the incident has happened, i e., in these case getting thrashed by local goons whome unfortunately Amazon/ICICI have given 3rd party contracts to do door step kyc verification.
