Compare this incident to what Former Defense Minister George Fernandes did in 2004. He removed Sonia Gandhi's portrait from the constitution club. BJP was in opposition and Congress was in power back then. Sonia Gandhi was only an MP. Still her portrait was put up there.

George Fernandes even said that Nehru Family is a family of thieves and questioned the logic behind putting Sonia's portrait up there.
