I would understand it more as violent conduct if there was a clear pull from Keane arm. Kinda like what you see done to Cucurella.

Step 2- keep eyes on ball and put hand out to shield yourself vs opponent
Step 3- try grab back of shirt for 0.5seconds for balance, accidentally grab hair and let go without any pulling or yanking motion.
