The watch has now become a full-blown Winter Storm Warning for Sullivan County, as forecasters become more certain that we'll be visited by a nor'easter between 5 p.m. tonight and 1 p.m. Tuesday. Due to the multi-day nature of this storm, snowfall totals could well exceed a foot.
