Not one to disobey an order, or leave when things looked difficult, Nien nodded and shoved the helmet underneath his arm and ran towards the hanger that housed the various ships.

He felt very out of place coming into the room where the pilots -

Ducking his head underneath the blue layer, Nien hid from metal that soared towards him.

@ScoutInWhite When it seemed quite clear, and the ground finally started to shake as a result of the toppling ship burying it's nose into it, Nien turned and dove into the freezing water.

Debris from the ship was thrown into the air and came back down in a flaming stream, some -

Nien stood back, urging the rebels on with a gentle push on the back as they passed. No way was he getting in that lake until he knew everyone else was safe. -

@ScoutInWhite Ship that had torn through the atmosphere moments before had fired at the ground in a last ditch attempt to save itself, but as it continued to plummet, and the fire, started from the green beams that'd been sent down, spread faster and faster, the troops jumped -
