This news covered by @1stIndiaNews shows that they have no understanding of @NMC_BHARAT regulations, and unfortunately, the same applies to the Registrar of the Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC).
Despite the clear guidelines in the 18 March 2026 notice, which explicitly states that the 06 March 2026 notice has been withdrawn, the Registrar of RMC is still stubbornly trying to implement the withdrawn notice.
The 10‑year MBBS completion rule falls under the FMGL‑21 regulation, which applies only to FMGs who took admission on or after 18 November 2021. This is clearly written, yet both the news channel and the Registrar seem unaware of these regulations.
RMC has been holding the permanent registration of FMGs for months, causing unnecessary suffering and injustice.
This is a clear violation of NMC guidelines, and we request @NMC_BHARAT to kindly intervene at the earliest.
We also request @1stIndiaNews to refrain from publishing any information on this matter until you fully understand the regulations. @aimsa_fmsw@FAIMA_INDIA_@DalmiyaDr@FAIMA_INDIA_@drsfaizanahmad
